$CBT Rewards Claiming and Listing Details
CyBallers, get ready to claim your $CBT!
In this article, we lay out a few short instructions on how to request, claim and trade your very first $CBT on Binance Smart Chain (now called BNB Chain).
💰 $CBT Claiming
TL;DR:
- Connect your wallet: https://app.cyball.com/#/profile?tab=reward
→ Request reward (once every 7 days)
→ Wait for approval (First one starts 1.00 PM UTC Tuesday 08/03)
→ Claim the requested amount (anytime after your request has been approved and shows “Ready-Claim”)
Important notes:
- Users must have enough BNB in their crypto wallets in order to cover the gas costs to claim. It is estimated that each claim should cost about 0.0015 BNB.
- A request for $CBT rewards will withdraw the entire accrued “batteries” amount (up until the request time) from the CyBall game i.e. the in-game “batteries” number will be reset to 0.
- Users can only request for $CBT rewards once every 7 days. As such, any newly earned amount after a previous request will be accrued and included in the next request.
- Requests must be reviewed and approved by the CyBall team before the requested $CBT can be claimed by users.
Example:
10.00 AM UTC 08/03: User A requests for 1,000 $CBT
10.00 AM to 1.00 PM UTC 08/03: User A plays and earns another 50 batteries between UTC 08/03
1.00 PM UTC 08/03: User A’s request for 1,000 $CBT gets approved
2.00 PM UTC 08/03: User A claims 1,000 $CBT
As observed above, User A only claimed what he/she requested for. The extra 50 $CBT will be included in the next batch (which can be requested at least 7 days later).
When and how can I request for my rewards?
Users can request to withdraw the accrued $CBT rewards shown in their account once every 7 days, starting NOW.
Any newly earned amount after a previous request will be accrued and included in the next request. As such, some users may opt to request earlier or later depending on when and/or how much they would like the accrued in-game rewards to be withdrawn/reset.
Instructions:
1. Head to the “Reward” tab from the CyBall Web App
2. Click “Request reward” and sign the message in your crypto wallet
3. Click “Refresh rewards list” to view a log of your requests. New requests will have an “In-Process” status (please allow a few seconds for the log status to be update)
When will my request be approved?
Starting from Tuesday at 1.00 PM UTC 08/03/2022.
In order to allow for users to get familiar with the Rewards claiming process, we will be reviewing and approving requests every day up until Tuesday 15/03/2022, at which point we will be reviewing and approving requests less frequently as the number of requests is also expected to be more scattered by then.
When and how can I claim my requested rewards?
Starting from Tuesday at 1.00 PM UTC 08/03/2022.
Instructions:
As soon as your request is approved and its status shows “Ready-Claim”:
1. Head to the “Reward” tab from the CyBall Web App
2. Click “Claim” under the “Action” column and confirm the transaction in your crypto wallet (requires enough BNB in wallet to cover gas costs, of approximately 0.0015 BNB per claim)
